Sneaky Santa Spotted Checking the Naughty and Nice
OCS has received several reports of a small man in a red and white suit lurking about homes in the neighborhood. When asked to identify himself the man simply said, "You better watch out, you better be good, Secret Santa's in the neighborhood!" Having missed the chimney, the suspect was discovered playing basketball. Click on the picture to see where Secret Santa has been found.
